Distance Learning: Instructions for Live Workouts

Logging on 

  • Log in to class 5 min before
  • There will be a waiting room (Please be patient)

During Class 

  • Please mute yourself during the workout, unless you are called upon
  • Questions can be directed to Coach Hannah
  • To chat or send message click on picture box and chat

Equipment 

    • Unless you have a foot issue we will be training barefoot
    • The workouts will be based off of body weight or low equipment exercise.
    • Recommended equipment (Weights not required)
      • Kettlebells
      • Dumbbells
      • Backpack with books
      • Foam Roller
      • Exercise matt
      • Water Polo Ball

Working with Injuries

  • Let’s recognize pain as a border
  • Do not push past pain.

There will be no live video from the athletes logging on.  The only screen that will be displayed will be that of the coach. (Webinar style)
