Logging on
- Log in to class 5 min before
- There will be a waiting room (Please be patient)
During Class
- Please mute yourself during the workout, unless you are called upon
- Questions can be directed to Coach Hannah

Equipment

- Unless you have a foot issue we will be training barefoot
- The workouts will be based off of body weight or low equipment exercise.
- Recommended equipment (Weights not required)
- Kettlebells
- Dumbbells
- Backpack with books
- Foam Roller
- Exercise matt
- Water Polo Ball
Working with Injuries
- Let’s recognize pain as a border
- Do not push past pain.
There will be no live video from the athletes logging on. The only screen that will be displayed will be that of the coach. (Webinar style)
